Team Based

This approach, originally presented by Larry Michaelsen has now evolved to collaborative learning among students so they can be taught strategies designed around units of instruction, known as "modules." The modules are taught in a three-step cycle. Step one: preparation (text materials or visuals), Step two: in-class readiness assurance testing (an assessment that gives students an incentive to learn materials beforehand, attend classes, and also contributes to the team discussions)step three: and application-focused exercise(applicable exercises that extend the knowledge).
